Sequoia Healthcare District Board of Directors will be considering a lease with Ravenswood Family Health Network and a tenant improvement allowance, including equipment purchases of up to $5.5 million (plus a cost escalation factor) for the conversion of the 525 Veterans Boulevard building to a dental clinic that will serve economically-challenged District residents. This will take place at their regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 4:30PM in-person and remotely (see below).
