Need Assistance?
For Urgent Assistance with Basic Needs including food, emergency housing/shelter, or utility assistance, contact your nearest Core Service Agency.
For Crisis Assistance and Suicide Prevention, call the free, 24-hour Star Vista helpline at (650) 579-0250 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255.
For Crisis Support, text the Crisis Text Line at 741741.
For victims of intimate partner abuse, call (800) 300-1080 to speak with a CORA counselor. Counselors are available 24-hours a day with crisis-counseling, access to safe houses, and access to legal services.
For LGBTQ support, call the free, 24-hour Trevor Helpline at (866) 488-7386, or the free 24-hour LGBT National Help Center at (800) 246-7743).
