Support Group for Queer Women of Color Age 55+
A co-ed group for adults who have experienced trauma and are struggling with coping safely as a result.
Support and treatment for individuals who have been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or one of the related spectrum disorders.
Parkinson’s Disease information, referrals, and support groups.
An informal setting for women who have survived a stroke to share their experiences and gain strength from each other while dealing with the aftermath of stroke.
An independent group for those in business struggling with finances.
Learn coping skills for chronic illness and pain through group problem solving, and exchange ideas about life’s issues impacting pain.
Teaches participants about responses to stress and anxiety and helps them to develop better coping skills.
Drop-in group for people with questions about their own, or a loved one’s, alcohol and/or drug use.
Caregivers connect with others for support, sharing, advice and strategies to cope.
The San Mateo County Pride Center hosts a number of peer groups to facilitate people coming together, building friendships, and finding social and emotional support in a private and affirming environment.
Vista Center offers several monthly support groups for those with vision loss including groups for seniors, spanish speaking participants, and working age adults.
