Home Helpers of San Mateo County is a local provider of in-home senior care and support for people in their homes, retirement communities, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. It also helps individuals who are recovering from surgery, injury, or dealing with a long term illness, or condition like Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, or ALS.

Home Helpers provides daily in-home care assistance that lets elderly loved ones stay right at home. Services are provided for a minimum of 4 hours a day and may include Companionship, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Laundry, Transportation, Medication Reminders, Grocery Shopping, Errands, and Personal Care including assistance with bathing or showering, dressing and undressing, toileting and incontinence care, and transfers (e.g., from bed to chair). Sliding scale payment options available. English and Spanish speaking caregivers available.
