Seniors at Home, Jewish Family and Children’s Services

The Seniors At Home professional healthcare staff provides comprehensive, wraparound home care for seniors to ensure their health and safety while living independently in their homes or other residence. Highly trained caregivers are supervised by an RN as they provide customized non-medical personal care such as bathing dressing and grooming, as well as transportation, meal planning and prep, and light housework. Seniors At Home also provides care management, dementia care management, palliative care, skilled nursing and fiduciary management. Fee for Service and Short Term Scholarships are available.
