Hawthorne House Transitional Housing for Mental Illness and Substance Abuse

Hawthorne House, a program of Caminar, is a 12-bed supportive and transitional residence serving adults with a severe and chronic mental illness and those who have a dual diagnosis of a mental illness and substance abuse. The emphasis in treatment is transitioning and preparing residents for independent living in the community. Staff offers coaching, support, and skill building to support client empowerment and goal achievement. Hawthorne House is fully licensed and has a Social Rehabilitation Certification.
