Seniors at Home is an award-winning home care and assistance program for seniors. Seniors at Home Staff, health care professionals, and highly trained caregivers are experts at providing basic home care services (transportation, meals, cleaning), as well as overall care management, Alzheimer’s, dementia, palliative care, skilled nursing, grief counseling, fiduciary management, LGBTQ services, advocacy, and more. Local community centers offer affordable, social meals in cafe-like settings. Join in on the fun at a location near you:
