Adaptive PE
Adaptive Physical Education is a fitness and wellness program designed for adults of all ability levels, particularly seniors and boomers, with physical disabilities or health limitations including Parkinson’s Disease.

Pickleball
Pickleball is the fastest-growing, beginner-friendly sport among Adults 50+ in our area. Join a drop-in team at one of the following locations near you!
